Join us for a Fresh Eyes~Mindful Nature Walk, with lead guide and licensed clinical psychologist, Dr. Karen Piering Abbott. Combining the benefits of nature exposure, gentle movement/stretching and breathwork you will be quietly guided through one of two trails in the Chicopee Woods. During this exploration, we will alternate between wandering, resting, journaling and stretching, providing opportunities for group and solo time. We will open to the sensations and rhythm of nature, as we intentionally slow down, unplug and connect to the peace and presence of the moment.
